JETCORE Warranty Terms and Conditions
What does this limited warranty cover?
This limited warranty covers your only JETCORE carrier board ("Warranted Product"), against manufacturing defects or hardware component failures under normal use conditions during the warranty period. This warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable and non-assignable. Transferring the Warranted Product to another party voids this warranty.
This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights based on local laws, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
All jetcore products are designed for internal development or research use only and not intended for resale or integration into end products. any resale or integration of jetcore into an end product completely voids this warranty. products resold or integrated into end products are provided "as is" without warranties.
For how long?
This warranty applies for one (1) year from the date of purchase of your new Warranted Product ("Warranty Period"). Accessories included with the product are not covered during this period.
What will vecros do?
Vecros will repair or, if repair is not feasible, replace your defective Warranted Product. Replacement parts or products may include new or refurbished components and are warranted only until the expiration of the original Warranty Period.
What does this warranty not cover?
Vecros does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Warranted Product. This warranty does not cover:
- Software, applications, or data.
- Cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, or consumable parts.
- Damage or defects due to:
- Unauthorized modifications, tampering, or servicing.
- Improper installation, storage, or handling.
- Abuse, neglect, misuse, accidents, or external factors such as power surges, fire, or natural disasters.
- Use of unsupported or incompatible products, software, or configurations.
- Loss of data, programs, or removable storage media during repair or replacement.
What to do if you have a problem?
If you experience an issue or believe your product is defective, contact Vecros Customer Support for troubleshooting assistance. If your product is deemed defective, we will guide you through the replacement process.
Before returning the product, back up all data and remove any personal, confidential, or proprietary information. Vecros is not responsible for data loss or restoration.
Limitations of warranty
This warranty applies only to original purchases from authorized distributors or retailers. It does not extend to products obtained second-hand or through unauthorized sellers.
Your sole remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of the defective product, as described herein. Vecros reserves the right to use new or refurbished parts to meet warranty obligations.
Disclaimer of warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vecros disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
Vecros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from the use or performance of the product. Total liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Governing law
This warranty is governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
